Senior Executive — Finance (Karachi)

Requirements:
• MBA Qualified/ AC. Qualified of Finalist / B. Com.
• 1 — 2 years of experience for MBA / ACCA
• 3 or more years of Experience for B. Com.
• Proficient in MS Excel

Responsibilities:
• Process all payments invoices and preparation of vouchers related to purchases and expenses on a daily basis including reviewing invoice details for complete information, assigning appropriate GL coding, and obtaining approval for payment from department head.
• Maintains all accounts payable and advance reports and reporting to Superiors as on when required and assist in month end accounting close process pertaining to accounts payable including passing of Journal entries JVs, conducting vendor reconciliations etc.
• Knowledge of all With-holding taxes (FBR, SRB, PRA etc.) along with knowledge of Sales tax/advance income on payments is essential.
• Support Supervisor in developing, implementing, and enforcing accounts payable policies and procedures and developing various repo. in Oracle as and when required.
• Follow up the advances adjustment of vendors, follow up and resolve any invoice, payment queries from departments including internal audit/ vendor correspondence in a timely manner.
• Working and knowhow of ERP preferably Oracle is essential.

Junior Executive — Finance (Karachi)

Requirements:
• B. Com / MBA (In Process)
• 1 — 2 years of experience
• Proficient in MS Excel

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for monitoring of sales process, Receivables Monitoring, dealer commission for vehicles and spare parts. He would assist Deputy Manager Sales Accounting (Finance).
• Accounting and bookkeeping of Sales, Customer advances/ Accounts Receivable and Commission for vehicles and spare parts.
• Responsible for monitoring of complete collection process which includes preparation and monitoring of instrument receiving, deposit in bank and follow up regarding clearance of collection. Vouching bank statements and depositing instruments in bank is a regular feature.
• Assisting the IT department in the development of Sales and Receivables module for Vehicles and spare parts in ERP hence working and knowhow of ERP is preferred.

Deputy Manager — Finance & Taxation (Karachi)

Requirements:
• CA- Finalist/ ACCA Qualified/ ICMA Qualified
• 2 — 3 years of relevant tax experience (Total 4— 5 years of experience)
• Proficient in MS Excel

Responsibilities:
• To handle issues related with income tax Sales tax and withholding tax.
• Responsible for Sales tax. Co-ordinating with stake holders including tax advisory firm on different matters. Knowledge of Income Tax and Sates tax law including different SROs are mandatory. • Sales tax filing for goods (FBR)and services (SRB, PRA, KPK, BRA — being WHT agent) on monthly Basis.
• Sales tax on advances/ Sates and purchases need to be handled. Dealing with sales, procurement persons regarding sales tax. Sales tax invoices to be uploaded on FBR portal.
• Tax planning- Income and Sates tax for getting maximum tax benefits under embed of tax law. Assisting in obtaining the tax exemptions and tax refunds.
• Sales tax reconciliation on monthly basis. Purchase reconciliation with respect to sales tax
• Efficiently manage the tax audit process initiated by the FBR/ Provincial tax authorities. Attending the notices received from tax authorities.

Assistant Manager — Finance (Karachi)

Requirements:
• MBA Qualified/ ACCA Qualified of Finalist
• 2 — 3 years of experience
• Proficient in MS Excel

Responsibilities:
• Conducting regular ledger closings, ensuring properly accounted transactions. Ensuring the compliance with organizational policies by developing and maintaining respective processes.
• Assisting Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and also handling external audit process with various correspondence and compiling information and reports and preparation of Financials.
• Preparation of FS and Headquarter reporting, Management Reporting on monthly basis. Further analysis of various account heads, P & L and B/S side reasons and analytical overview required.
• Preparation of Financial forecast and cash-flow projections on weedy basis.
• Handling treasury function, correspondence with bank, fund position and assisting supervisor in investment decisions and analysis.
• Working knowledge of ERP preferably Oracle and excellent command on excel is essential. Assisting DM Finance and DGM in creating various Oracle reports for smooth operations/analysis.
• Supervising subordinates on account payable side.
