Brief Job Description: The individual will be reporting to Manager Supply Chain and will be Verifying Purchase Orders, invoices and processing of purchase requisitions and purchase orders in coordination with marketing department. Individual will be taking approvals of rates of products from higher management and communicating to all stake holders. Weekly report of weighbridge analysis also will be in Coordination with Sales Team for invoice formation and processing and updates on receivables. The incumbent will be maintaining a dashboard of reconciliations of sales report along with the invoices.
