We’re Hiring | Project Site Engineer (Civil)
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Pakistan is looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to support our café expansion, construction, and renovation projects nationwide.
Location: Lahore / Islamabad (Travel Across Cities)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 2–4 years, preferably in QSR, Café, Hospitality, or Retail Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise civil construction, café fit-outs, and renovation projects.
-Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure quality execution.
-Prepare and verify BOQs, cost estimates, contractor bills, and material requirements.
-Monitor project timelines, site progress, quality standards, and contractor performance.
-Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and MEP teams to ensure timely project completion and handover.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction, café fit-outs and renovation projects at site.
- Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and BOQs.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and MEP teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, cost estimates, material requirements and contractor bills.
