We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HRBP to support end-to-end HR Business Partnering across our commercial and business teams from onboarding, transfers and confirmations to employee relations, talent, performance management (PMS) and engagements.
Ideal candidates bring FMCG/distribution experience, strong commercial acumen, KPI-driven mindset and Artificial Intelligence exposure will be added an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead end-to-end HR business partnering activities for assigned business areas, including onboarding, employee transfers, confirmations and employee relations.
Support talent acquisition, workforce planning and Performance Management System (PMS) cycles.
Ensure HR compliance, maintain accurate documentations, develop HR analytics and dashboards to support data-driven management decisions.
Collaborate with Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) and Sales Capability Centers of Excellence (COEs) on capability-building and organizational development initiatives.
Coach and guide Associate HRBPs and HRBP Executives on HR processes, stakeholder management and effective business partnering.

QUALIFICATIONS: MBA in HR; CHRP preferred

EXPERIENCE: 4–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience
