Student Support Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Provide comprehensive student support through effective coordination with faculty, academic advisors, and counselors.
- Manage student communications, ensuring timely dissemination of class schedules, updates, and resolution of queries.
- Support student lifecycle processes, including registration guidance, prospective student follow-ups, and maintenance of attendance and academic records.
