Crown Solar Energy is looking for an HR Executive (Male) to join our team
WE’RE HIRING HR Executive (Male)
Location: Karachi, Port Qasim
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-payroll activities: timecards, attendance & adjustments
- Process monthly payroll for Workers.
- Track and close missing attendance in/out entries.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems/HRIS.
- Support new hiring, offer letters, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations/payroll.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel; working knowledge of HRIS/SAP.
- Strong coordination, communication & problem-solving skills.
