Eligibility Criteria

Relevant qualification in healthcare management, business administration, management, or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in a reputable healthcare organization, preferably in a large or complex healthcare system.
Senior leadership experience in Home Healthcare, Telehealth, or Digital Health.
Demonstrated experience in financial management, business planning, performance management, and resource stewardship.
Experience in a JCI-accredited healthcare organization will be an added advantage.
Experience working within a larger healthcare enterprise, with an understanding of enterprise governance, integration, and alignment.
Strong understanding of regulations, accreditation, quality, risk management, and compliance.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall strategic and executive leadership to the Home Healthcare organization, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, strategy, and priorities of Shifa enterprise.
Develop and execute business plans that support sustainable growth, financial viability, and long-term organizational value.
Maintain overall accountability for the organization’s financial performance and stewardship, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, costs, productivity, resource utilization, and financial controls.
Ensure that growth initiatives, investments, new services, and partnerships are supported by sound business cases and appropriate financial and risk assessment.
Oversee organizational performance through appropriate financial, clinical, operational, quality, patient experience, and workforce KPIs, ensuring timely corrective action where required.
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered home healthcare services in compliance with applicable regulatory, JCI home care accreditation, and JCI enterprise standards.
Provide executive oversight and direction to the Medical Director, Director Operations, and management team, ensuring clear accountability and effective execution of organizational objectives.
Foster a culture of financial prudence, accountability, operational efficiency, quality improvement, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Ensure effective identification and management of clinical, operational, financial, legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.
Leverage technology, digital health, data, and innovation to improve patient outcomes, access, efficiency, and organizational sustainability.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, payers, regulators, strategic partners, and the wider Shifa enterprise.
