We’re Hiring – Production Officer / Production In-charge
A well-established Food Industry company in Lahore is looking for a responsible and experienced professional to join our Production team.
Position: Production Officer / Production Incharge
Industry: Food Manufacturing Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 years in Food Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily production operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved according to the production plan.
- Monitor production processes, manpower, raw materials, and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.
- Monitor product quality and minimize production wastage.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily production reports.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping of the production area.
- Identify production issues and take timely corrective actions.
- Lead and motivate production staff to achieve operational targets.
Requirements: Pharm D, or a relevant field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and production processes.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production deadlines.
