We’re Hiring: Bin Rasheed Group is Looking for an experienced Ball Mill Operator to join our Calcium Carbonate Plant in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.
What you’ll do:
Operate and monitor the Ball Mill, feeders, conveyors, and classifier system. You’ll maintain product fineness and production output, follow SOPs and safety standards, and support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
DAE Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical qualification
2-5 years in cement mill or ball mill operations, preferably in cement, minerals, or process manufacturing
Computer literacy, with the ability to operate HMI/SCADA and maintain digital shift records

Job Description: Operates and monitors the Ball Mill, feeders, conveyors and classifier system in the Calcium Carbonate Plant to ensure safe, smooth and efficient grinding operations, maintains required product fineness, production output and process parameters; performs routine equipment checks, records production and operating data, reports abnormalities to the Supervisor/Maintenance team, follows SOPs, safety and housekeeping standards, and supports preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
- Education: DAE Mechanical, Electrical or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience: 2–5 years in cement mill/ball mill operations, preferably in a cement, minerals or process manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy with ability to operate HMI/SCADA, monitor process parameters, record production data, and maintain digital shift records.
