We are inviting applications for: Assistant Manager Indirect Procurement
WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER INDIRECT PROCUREMENT
- Qualification: Mechanical Engineering or related specialisations preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Indirect Procurement.
- Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for hardware, plant services and technical services.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance through quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle (RFQs, comparative statements, negotiations, PO issuance).
- Oversee import documentation, HS codes, customs clearance, and regulatory approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation of supplier audits, technical sheets, quality tests, and tender processes.
- Bring in new suppliers for efficient buying of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations related purchases
