JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Applications from suitable candidates having Pakistani nationality are invited by the Directorate General of Archaeology, Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department, Government of the Punjab, for appointment against the following ADP Projects. The Projects require the services of qualified and experienced professionals for the following contractual positions: –

Establishment of Program Management Unit (PMU) for Punjab Tourism Rehabilitation and Revamping Projects (Till June, 2028)

Name of Post: Procurement Specialist (PPS-09)

No. of Posts: 02

Age Limit: 55

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, LAW from HEC recognized University

Experience: Minimum 07 years or above experience in public-sector procurement and contract management.

Name of Post: Contract Management Specialist (PPS-08)

No. of Posts: 01

Age Limit: 45

Qualification: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, LAW, Business Administration, from HEC recognized University.

Experience: Minimum 05 years or above experience for Master’s degree and minimum 07 years or above experience for Bachelor’s degree. Experience in contract management, commercial negotiation, legal or heritage compliance in development projects.

Name of Post: Master Craftsman (PPS-07)

Age Limit: 60

Qualification: Literate with demonstrated mastery in 1 or more traditional craft: Fresco, Stucco, Ghalib Kari, Kashi Kari, Tile Mosaic, Wood / Stone carving, lime plaster.

Experience: Minimum 10 years or above of verifiable field experience on heritage monuments.

Preservation / Restoration, Improvement Management and Upgradation of Rohtas Fort District Jhelum, Hiran Minar District Sheikhupura & Harappa District Sahiwal (Till June, 2027)

Age Limit: 55

Qualification: Master Degree in Civil Engineering or Bachelor in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University. Registered as Professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council.

Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience with Bachelor Degree and 10 years’ experience with Master Degree. Supervision of development projects, preferably with Heritage Management, Conservation of Historical Monuments and Archaeological sites.

Age Limit: 45

Qualification: Master Degree in Civil Engineering or Bachelor in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University. Registered as Professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council.

Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience with Bachelor Degree and 5 years’ experience with Master Degree. Supervision of development projects, preferably with Heritage Management, Conservation of Historical Monuments and Archaeological sites.

Capacity Building of Directorate General of Archaeology (Till June, 2027)

Name of Post: Graphic Designer (PPS-05)

No. of Posts: 01

Age Limit: 35

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer science or related field. Certification in Graphic Design from reputed institute.

Experience: Minimum 05 years’ experience in relevant field.

CONDITIONS:

• Applications are to be submitted (separate for each post) on the Punjab Job Portal (jobs.punjab.gov.pk).

• These appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, non-pensionable, job/post specific and conferring no right for regularization.

• Offered salary against each post is on lump-sum basis (including all allowances) with annual increment 4% in Project Pay Scale.

• Prior NOC for government servants / semi government servants is required to apply against these posts.

• Incomplete applications will be rejected and only short listed candidates shall be intimated / called for interview.

• No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for interview.

• Applications must be submitted by 18-10-2026 and any application after due date shall not be considered.
