Education:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree.

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Information Systems or related field / other relevant professional qualification in Audit, Risk, Compliance or Assurance will be preferred.

CIA, CRMA and CFE certifications will be an added advantage.

Work Experience: Up to 4–6 years of relevant experience is required.

Skills – Job Specific:

Strong knowledge of Procurement policies, processes, controls and compliance requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong report-writing and presentation skills.

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP and Procurement-related modules.

Position: Assistant Manager International Carrier Business/Carrier Account Manager

• Drive initiatives to achieve budgeted revenue, profitability, and net income targets in line with the Business Plan.

• Responsible for international sales and support of carrier business for Data Connectivity, MPLS, IPLC, B2B along with the ICT products portfolio enrichment

• Business development, growth and expanding company’s presence in the Telecom and Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

• Manage international sales & build strong relationships with the carriers

• Manage complete Sales life-cycle including management of Sales forecast, pipeline, funnel management and implementing the sales plan.

• Negotiate partnerships and joint ventures related to ICT & Carrier Business

• Revenue growth & business development with focus on doing product development, MPLS, Data Center & Managed Solutions

• Strong coordination with technical teams, service providers

• Responsible for Product branding and rollout

• Capacity Planning & Lease Circuits

• Ensure Ideas generation and need analysis aligned with business strategy

• Negotiate with third-party providers to secure cost-effective off-net access and optimize commercial outcomes for new and existing business.

• Ensure timely and seamless project implementation through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of agreements, service orders, proposals, and commercial documentation.

Education:

In principle to have must minimum bachelor’s degree.

Certification in the field of revenue/business assurance or fraud management will be a plus.

Work Experience: Should have preferably up to 5-6 years of relevant experience in the field of revenue assurance, business assurance or fraud management.

Skills – Generic:

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
