Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual sales plans and budgets for assigned sectors/customers.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.
- Manage sales leads, market intelligence, sales calls, and follow-ups.
- Maintain sales pipelines and offer rosters, with regular updates to management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and timely quotations.
- Develop new business opportunities and support credit/payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with ISO documentation and certification requirements.
