Kamal Mills (Hosiery & Towel Division) is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Supply Chain to lead our Supply Chain & Procurement function.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager Supply Chain to lead our Supply Chain & Procurement function.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end Supply Chain operations, including sourcing, purchasing, planning, inventory and supplier management.
- Develop strategic sourcing and procurement plans, including local/international sourcing, supplier development and negotiations.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, accessories, chemicals, packing materials, stores, spares and operational requirements.
- Drive cost optimization, alternate sourcing, inventory control and working capital efficiency.
- Monitor PR/POs, deliveries, quality, pending supplies and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with departements and other stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure compliance with policies, budgets, ERP processes and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in Textile industry.
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier development, negotiations, cost management and inventory control.
- Proficiency in ERP/Oracle and MS Excel.
