UTM Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team.
POSITION : Accounts Executive
QUALIFICATION : B. Com / BBA
EXPERIENCE: 5–6 Years of Relevant Experience
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day accounting transactions, vouchers, ledgers, and records
- Handling WHT, FBR, tax deductions, and related documentation
- Preparing bank, customer, supplier, and ledger reconciliations
- Preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
- Maintaining accounts and transactions through ERP / Odoo
- Preparing and managing Excel-based reports and analysis
- Supporting tax filings, audits, and financial documentation
- Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures
KEY SKILLS
- ✔ Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance
- ✔ Strong command of WHT & FBR matters
- ✔ Excellent MS Excel skills
- ✔ Hands-on experience with ERP / Odoo
- ✔ Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
- ✔ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
LOCATION: UTM Pvt. Ltd.
Near VIP Restaurant, Vita Chowrangi, Korangi, Karachi
WORKING HOURS
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday to Saturday
