Bahria Town Karachi is looking for a Manager – Vertical Transport to oversee elevator and escalator operations, maintenance, and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in elevator/escalator maintenance
- Strong knowledge of vertical transport systems (Schindler, KONE, Mitsubishi, Otis)
- Expertise in team leadership & OEM vendor management
Bahria Town Karachi is seeking an experienced Manager – Vertical Transport to oversee the operations, maintenance, and performance of elevators, escalators, and other vertical mobility systems across the premises. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, safety compliance, and vendor coordination while leading a skilled maintenance team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise installation, inspection, and maintenance of elevators and escalators.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with OEMs and service vendors for smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and plan upgrades or modernization as needed.
- Handle breakdowns and emergency repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.
