SITUATION VACANT: Applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of Punjab Province to fill the following project-based posts under the Development Project “Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital at Safari Zoo Lahore” purely on a contract basis till Gestation Period of the Project i.e. 30.06.2027.

1. Documentation Officer

Scale: PPS 05

No. of Posts: 1

Max Age Limit: 28 Years

Qualification and Experience: Graduate from a recognized university; and a speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand in English and 40 words per minute in typing.

2. Documentation Assistant

Scale: PPS 04

No. of Posts: 1

Max Age Limit: 25 Years

Qualification and Experience: Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board and a speed of 25 words per minute in Shorthand in English and as well as Proficiency in MS office.

3. Animal Attendant

Scale: PPS 02

No. of Posts: 2

Max Age Limit: 25 Years

Qualification and Experience: Middle

i. Applications along with attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, Educational & Experience Certificates and one recent passport size photograph must reach in the office of “Project Director – Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital at Safari Zoo Lahore, Directorate General, Wildlife & Parks, Punjab 2-Sanda Road, Lahore till 12.10.2026 through post / courier service. Hand-delivered applications shall not be entertained.

ii. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each post.

iii. Government / Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel along with NOC from the competent authority.

iv. The positions are Lahore based and competent authority reserves the right to utilize the services on all Punjab basis.

v. The positions are offered on contract basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

vi. Recruitment / appointment shall be made in accordance with the relevant rules / policy till Gestation period of the Project.

vii. After detailed scrutiny of applications, only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for test / interview via Letter / SMS / Call. No T.A. / D.A. shall be admissible for test / interview.

viii. Candidates shall be required to produce National Identity Card, Domicile Certificate, Transcripts / Certificates / Degrees of Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificates etc. in original at the time of interview.

ix. The Department reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of posts or not to fill any / all vacancies without any reason.

x. Test / interviews can be cancelled at any time. In case of local holiday, the new date will be communicated afresh.
