Minimum Requirements

12–15 years of relevant banking experience.
Strong experience in Retail Product Management.
Good knowledge of RDA and SBP regulations.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Retail Product Proposition strategy aligned with the Bank’s overall retail banking, customer acquisition, revenue and profitability objectives.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for retail banking products, covering proposition design, business case, launch, performance monitoring, enhancement and rationalization.
Design differentiated customer propositions for Current, Savings, Term Deposit and other retail deposit products, with clear value propositions for different customer segments.
Drive customer and portfolio analytics to identify acquisition opportunities, customer needs, product gaps, cross-sell potential, attrition risks and opportunities to improve customer lifetime value.
Lead product innovation and proposition development by benchmarking competitors, tracking market trends and introducing relevant products, features, bundles and campaigns.
Partner with Digital Banking and Technology teams to translate product propositions into seamless digital journeys, including digital account opening, onboarding, servicing and self-service capabilities
Develop and manage targeted acquisition campaigns and sales propositions in collaboration with Retail Distribution, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to generate measurable business results.
Establish product performance dashboards and KPIs, monitoring deposits, CASA mix, customer acquisition, balances, profitability, activation, attrition and campaign effectiveness, and initiate corrective actions where required.
Ensure product governance and regulatory compliance by coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations and relevant stakeholders for product approvals, documentation, processes, controls and regulatory requirements.
Build a strong product capability across the Bank, including product training, sales enablement, branch guidance, and regular communication to ensure effective execution across the retail banking network.
