Are you a performance-driven marketer who knows how to turn paid media into measurable growth?
Utopia Brands- Pakistan is looking for a 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝- 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠– 𝐃𝐓𝐂 to lead paid acquisition across 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚, 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 & 𝐓𝐢𝐤𝐓𝐨𝐤, build strong tracking foundations, and drive efficient customer growth from launch.
Owns paid acquisition for the Utopia DTC website across paid social and paid search, responsible for driving qualified traffic and new-customer orders at an efficient CAC from day one of launch. Builds the tracking and measurement foundation the entire team will rely on to judge what’s working.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years running paid social and paid search for an e-commerce/DTC brand, ideally at or near launch stage.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical and performance optimization skills, including creative, audience, and landing-page testing.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), CAPI, and UTM tracking.
- Ability to develop and manage always-on and seasonal campaign calendars.
- Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing CAC, ROAS, LTV, budgets, and channel performance.
