We’re Hiring: Marketing Associate
Lahore | Full-Time
We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Associate with strong e-commerce and digital marketing experience to support online sales, execute marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and drive customer acquisition and growth for our luxury fragrance brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns.
- Monitor online sales, traffic, conversions, ROAS, and CAC.
- Support and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with Creative, PR, and E-Commerce teams.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and online customer journeys.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
