We’re Hiring | Management Trainee – Human Resource Department

Aisha Steel Mills Limited is inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee – HR.

Location: Plant Based – Port Qasim, Karachi
Qualification: BBA / Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 0–1 year | Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

We’re HIRING MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

What We’re Looking For:

Qualification: BBA / Master’s (HR, Business Administration, or related field)
Experience: 0 to 1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and participation in campus drives and job fairs.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Support learning & development initiatives, including organizing training sessions and tracking employee progress.
Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and newsletter development.
Support benefits administration (health & life insurance) and respond to basic employee queries.
Coordinate with line managers for attendance, overtime, and related HR data.
Maintain and update HR databases, records, and documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
Familiarity with AI tools (added advantage)
Understanding of recruitment processes (telephonic interviews, pre-screening)
