WE’RE HIRING SENIOR EXECUTIVE COSTING
The incumbent will be responsible for managing garment costing activities, ensuring accurate product costing, competitive pricing, and effective coordination with Merchandising, Product Development, Production, and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate costing for garments based on buyer requirements and product specifications.
- Analyze fabric, trims, accessories, washing, Labor, overhead, and manufacturing costs.
- Review product specifications, BOMs, consumption, and technical details for costing.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Product Development, Production, Washing, and Procurement teams.
- Evaluate supplier quotations and market prices to ensure competitive costing.
- Prepare and revise cost sheets based on design, material, and production changes.
- Support price negotiations with buyers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor costing assumptions and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain costing records and ensure timely submission of cost sheets.
- Provide costing reports and analysis to management for commercial decision-making.
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering or relevant.
Certification: ACCA, CMA, CA or relevant
Experience : 2 – 4 years.
KSA : Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric consumption, trims, washing, Labor, overhead costing and proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
