What We’re looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, organizational design, workforce planning, PMS, HR policies, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with department heads and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, reviews, evaluations, and performance analytics.
- Support HR policies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate employer branding campaigns and talent attraction activities.
- Develop OD & PMS dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights for management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
- Design and support employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, recognition programs, employee feedback mechanisms, and engagement activities.
- Promote and strengthen a positive people culture aligned with organizational values, employee experience, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
