WE’RE HIRING E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute E-Commerce strategy to achieve sales, growth/profitability targets
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s website, analyze sales funnels and conversion metrics
- Enhance customer experience & increase repeat purchases
- Work closely with Digital Marketing agencies to drive traffic and sales
- Ensure inventory sync, order management, fulfillment & returns excellence
- Track inventory turnover and sell-through performance
- Lead E-commerce warehouse and coordinate with logistics partners to Improve dispatch and delivery timelines
- Monitor return rates and develop strategies to reduce returns and exchanges
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain & other depts for seamless execution
Job specification:
- 5–8 Years of Experience in E-Commerce/Digital Commerce, Fashion Retail & Omni-Channel
- Minimum 2–3 years in a Managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field
- Strong expertise in E-Commerce Platforms, Online Retail, Analytics Tools & CRM
