We’re Hiring

Position: Management Trainee Officer

Job Location: Islamabad

Responsibilities:

Verify customer receipts and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on customer inflows.
Post customer receipts into corresponding customer accounts in SAP with accuracy and completeness.
Perform bank reconciliations in a timely manner.
Assist senior team members with additional tasks and assignments as required.

Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree / 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
BBA, BS Accounting & Finance, B.Com, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5–3.0.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn, work as part of a team, maintain discipline, and perform under pressure.
Age should not exceed 28 years.

Position: Senior Officer

Job Location: Port Qasim

Core Responsibilities:-

Supervise day-to-day terminal support activities, including electrical, mechanical, utility, and housekeeping functions to ensure safe and efficient terminal operations.
Daily TLs loading, decantation, and proper invoicing activities.
Conduct daily and monthly product reconciliation with SAP, Host Terminals, and prepare the records.
Ensure product tank initialization, finalization, and readiness for WOP/ITT including close monitoring of the calculations with surveyor.
Evaluate product gain/loss after receipt through pipelines of JDCs and tank lorries and report findings to the Shift In-Charge on daily, monthly basis.
Maintain proper records of customs documents for internal and external audits.
Monitor and maintain SAP and stock reconciliation for Operations and Product Accounts in accordance with company SOPs.
Strictly comply with HSSE rules, SOPs, and company policies, including proper use of PPE and maintaining professional attire and conduct.
Ensure operational readiness and availability of terminal utilities and support infrastructure.
Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions and maximize equipment availability.
