Job Title: Sr. Sales Coordinator
Location: S.I.T.E., Karachi, Pakistan
Union Steel Industries (USI) is among Pakistan’s established steel rebar manufacturers, hiring for Sr. Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidates will be responsible for:
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions and customer information.
- Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and sales orders.
- Accurately enter and maintain sales order data in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with clients for payment updates and customer ledgers.
- Track order status and follow up to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Assist the sales team with administrative support and customer communication.
Requirements:
- B.Com/BBA qualified.
- 2-3 Years experience in sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or ERP systems with good communication skills.
