NOW HIRING! Assistant Manager Marketing- Sales Yarn

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing yarn costing, feasibility studies, profitability (P&L) analysis, and sales quotations based on market trends, raw material costs, and mill capabilities.
Assist the Marketing Manager in developing monthly sales forecasts, production projections, and revenue plans while analyzing actual performance against projected results and identifying reasons for variances.
Manage pre-sales and post-sales operations, sales contracts, delivery orders, order execution, remaining balances, and customer payment follow up.
Coordinate with Production and Mill Management to prepare feasible spin plans aligned with customer demand, machine capabilities, raw material availability, and prevailing market conditions.
Monitor raw material (cotton) inventory, and coordinate with the Cotton Procurement team to ensure adequate inventory and cost-effective procurement aligned with booked orders.
Create and manage sales contracts, delivery orders, customer records, and commercial documentation through Oracle ERP while maintaining complete transaction records.
Ensure accurate filing and documentation of all commercial, sales, production planning, inventory, and financial records for operational control and audit purposes.
Generate sales invoices, and coordinate with the Accounts Department to resolve missing or inaccurate tax related information.
Maintain records of certification requirements against booked orders and provide the necessary commercial information to the Compliance Department for processing customer Transaction Certificates.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualification: BSc Textile Eng. / MBA
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience
