Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Operations Head in managing day-to-day retail operations.
· Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
· Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
· Coordinate with store teams to maintain exceptional customer experience and operational standards.
· Travel across Pakistan to visit stores, monitor performance, and implement business strategies.
· Prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
· MBA (Minimum Qualification).
· 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail Operations, or Business Development.
· Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to drive business results.
· Excellent business and commercial acumen.
· Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
· Female candidates are preferred, considering the nature of the brand and customer base.
