JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintain and manage the IT asset inventory, including hardware, software, licenses, configurations, ownership details, and related records within the asset management system.
- Track software versions, patches, upgrades, and configuration changes to ensure systems operate on approved and up-to-date versions.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Application, Information Security, and vendor teams on asset lifecycle management, version control, and configuration-related activities.
- Monitor compliance with asset management policies, procedures, internal controls, and organizational guidelines.
- Manage and maintain change records associated with system upgrades, version releases, and configuration updates.
- Prepare asset reports, audit evidence, and documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.
