The role will work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive financial discipline, optimize costs, strengthen operational performance, and support sustainable business growth.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐡𝐫𝐚𝐡 – 𝐞 – 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐥, 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢

Qualification: CA / CMA

Required Experience:

10+ years of experience in manufacturing/production finance, with at least 3–4 years in a similar leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP CO (Controlling) — product costing, cost center accounting, internal orders, COPA.
Working knowledge of SAP MM/PP modules preferred.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM, routing, and standard costing.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead financial planning, cost control, and analysis for our production and supply operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in SAP CO (Controlling) module and a deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis for production units.
Drive month-end/year-end closing activities related to production and inventory costs.
Monitor and control manufacturing overheads, material costs, and conversion costs.
Review cost sheets, profitability analysis, and margin reports by product/plant.
Partner with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and obsolescence provisioning.
Manage budgeting and forecasting for plant operations and supply functions.
Ensure SAP CO module is optimally configured and utilized (cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, product costing, COPA).
Support internal/statutory audits related to production and inventory accounting.
Provide MIS reports and financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
Lead and mentor a team of finance/costing executives.
