Job Title: CP and Energization expert
Division: Network Deployment
Job Grade: L2
LOCATION Karachi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and verify Commercial Power bills across assigned tower sites
- Identify billing anomalies, tariff discrepancies, and overbilling cases
- Coordinate with K-Electric, HESCO, SEPCO, MEPCO, QESCO and other relevant authorities
- Resolve billing disputes, reconciliations, and utility-related issues
- Coordinate timely bill payments with Finance to avoid late payment surcharges
- Support restoration of disconnected power connections to minimize tower downtime
- Facilitate new Commercial Power connections for rollout, relocation, and expansion sites
- Support resolution of regulatory and Right-of-Way (RoW) issues
- Prepare billing reports, dashboards, aging analyses, and management updates
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a reputable institute.
- Master’s in Energy Management, Power Systems, Renewable Energy or Business Administration is preferred.
- Certifications in Energy Management, Power Systems, Project Management or Data Analytics are an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Commercial Power Operations, Utility Billing, Telecom Infrastructure, or Energy Management.
- Experience managing large-scale utility billing portfolios, preferably with telecom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Negotiate and manage site lease agreements and renewals
- Verify property ownership and site documentation
- Coordinate with TMA, Cantonment, EPA and other authorities
- Resolve site access, work-stop, legal and ownership issues
- Manage rental cheque coordination with site owners
- Support site energization and deployment activities
- Conduct field verification and supplier monitoring
- Prepare operational reports and project documentation
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline from a reputable institute.
- Master’s degree in Project Management, or a related field will be preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Lease Management, Project Management will be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in site lease management, telecom operations, site acquisition, or logistics.
- Experience in lease agreement management, property documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
