Position: 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲
Location: 𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗾 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱, 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶
QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERENCES
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing operations, corporate alliances, or event coordination.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and multitasking skills with a track record of executing multi-stakeholder projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and negotiate with external vendors to secure cost-effective agreements for marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative workflows to guarantee on-time, efficient project delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong corporate relationships across internal teams and external strategic alliances.
- Serve as the central communication link for joint corporate initiatives and partnership campaigns.
- Lead on-ground event execution and logistical support to ensure seamless attendee experiences.
- Track project timelines, resource allocation, and campaign deliverables from planning through post-event wrap-up.
