𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Accounts Payable & Receivable team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily activities of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- CA Inter/ ACCA or equivalent qualification
- SAP Experience
- 5 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
