Position: Enabler Sourcing, Weaves Corporation, Karachi
Role Overview:
We are looking for a qualified individual for the role of Enabler Sourcing to join our Sourcing Team. This position is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of embroidered products.
Responsibilities:
- Support product risk evaluations and identify opportunities to improve tech packs for design feasibility, quality and production efficiency
- Conduct quality inspections at embroidery vendors to ensure adherence to defined quality and production guidelines
- Coordinate the development of embroidery samples and follow up on timely approvals from Product Design teams for line reviews
- Coordinate with relevant teams to collect CADs and other required inputs for timely sample development and approval
- Support embroidery product allocation based on vendor capability and capacity to meet weekly and seasonal production requirements
- Monitor vendor capacity and production progress, escalating potential delays and supporting timely resolution of operational issues
Experience & Education:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Textile Manufacturing
- Bachelor or equivalent qualification
