We are looking for a commercially driven, detail-oriented, and product-focused professional to join our Production Merchandising Team.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 – 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or a relevant field
4–5 years of relevant experience in production merchandising, preferably in women’s apparel or retail
Strong knowledge of women’s clothing, fabrics, trims, garment construction, finishing, fits, and size specifications
Good understanding of production processes, sampling, costing, quality standards, and delivery timelines
Ability to manage production planning, order execution, supplier coordination, and timely product delivery
Strong coordination skills to work effectively with vendors, quality, production, supply chain, design, and merchandising teams
Experience in sample follow-ups, product approvals, costing negotiations, production tracking, and quality monitoring
Ability to maintain production records, order-status reports, critical paths, and vendor follow-ups
Knowledge of women’s fashion trends, customer preferences, market requirements, and competitor offerings
Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and vendor-management skills
Excellent attention to detail with a quality-focused, commercial, and product-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders and production timelines effectively
