We’re looking for an Operations Executive who can build strong transporter relationships, coordinate vehicle movements, manage vendors, and keep operations running smoothly.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in local market for vehicle sourcing, relationship with known asset owners and reliable brokers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relations with key transporter to achieve assigned targets on daily basis.
- To update customer on in-transit vehicle status and expected ETAs.
- Introduce ML to open cash market to generate “TO PAY” business leads.
- To maintain vendor ledgers with respect to order executions to cross verify vendor SOA on monthly basis.
- Induct asset owners on board to avoid dependency on open market.
- Liaison with drivers and update operations lead about the whereabouts of the vehicle on daily basis.
Skills
- Know-how of Port & transport operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage transporters having owned fleet.
- Computer skills especially Microsoft Office.
- Sales & Marketing experience is a must.
