The role involves ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant’s electrical systems through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, while leading shutdown planning, system upgrades, capital projects, and equipment reliability initiatives.

Candidates with a B.E./M.E. in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience in power plants or petrochemical industries, along with hands-on expertise in electrical systems and equipment, are encouraged to apply.

Deputy Manager Electrical

Where: Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited, Site Office

Requirements: B.E./M.E. in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance within power plants or petrochemical industries, with hands-on expertise in gas/steam turbine generators, transformers, GIS, switchgear, circuit breakers, protection relays, and HV/MV motors.

Job Summary: The position is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant’s electrical systems through the development and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. The role leads electrical maintenance activities, shutdown planning, system upgrades, and capital projects while ensuring compliance with HSE, PSM, environmental, and quality management standards. The incumbent drives equipment reliability through audits, root cause analysis, SAP-based maintenance management, and the stewardship of safety-critical electrical assets. Additionally, the role provides leadership in developing team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance management.
