Performance Marketing Executive Location: Lahore
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION â–ª Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field â–ª 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Performance/Digital Marketing
EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES â–ª Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and others â–ª Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates â–ª Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign creatives â–ª Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ads â–ª Manage and optimize budgets to maximize campaign performance â–ª Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights â–ª Stay updated with the latest trends and platform algorithm changes
