SITUATION VACANT: Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority intends to invite applications from suitable candidates for appointment against the following positions:

1. Trainee Executive (Technical) (E-1)

Positions: 10
Eligibility Criteria: Master / Bachelor degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent degree from Institute recognized by HEC and PEC in case of Engineering degree.
Experience: Fresh Graduates
Maximum Age: 30 Years
Provincial Quota:
- Merit = 3
- Punjab = 2
- Sindh = 3
- KP/Ex-FATA = 1
- Balochistan = 1

2. Trainee Executive (Legal) (E-1)

Positions: 02
Eligibility Criteria: Bar-at-Law / LLM / LLB / LLB (Hons) from a recognized University in Pakistan or abroad.
Experience: Fresh Graduates
Maximum Age: 30 Years
Provincial Quota:
- Merit = 1
- Sindh = 1

3. Trainee Executive (Finance) (E-1)

Positions: 04
Eligibility Criteria: CA(Inter) / ICMA(Inter) / MBA-Finance / BBA-Finance (Hons-16 years) from a recognized University in Pakistan or abroad.
Experience: Fresh Graduates
Maximum Age: 30 Years
Provincial Quota:
- Merit = 2
- Punjab = 1
- Sindh = 1

Candidates having 1-2 years relevant working experience may be given preference.
Only the most suitable shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
Trainees shall be employed on contract basis on fixed monthly emoluments for a period of one year which is extendable for another year subject to satisfactory performance, without any commitment, whatsoever of regular appointment at any time. However, the organization may give preference for regular appointment exhibiting excellent performance during recruitments against suitable vacancies.
No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for test/Interview.
Download application form from OGRA website (www.ogra.org.pk), submit typed copy of form alongwith a passport size photograph, attested copies of Academic Certificates/Degrees, Experience Certificates (if any), CNIC, Domicile Certificate. The applications should reach HR Department, OGRA Head Office, Islamabad by post mail maximum by 04-09-2026.
Application Form filled up improperly, incomplete will not be entertained.
Provincial Quota will be observed.
Candidates working in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous bodies/Semi-autonomous bodies, Corporations etc should apply through proper channel and if selected, will have to resign from their current posts/organizations before joining OGRA.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject applications/scrap this process without stating any reason, whatsoever.
