Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in Banking (SME/Commercial Asset experience preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred)

Key Responsibilities
As an SME Relationship Manager, you will manage both prospective and existing client relationships to expand our commercial footprint:
Portfolio Growth: Build and expand the SME asset portfolio while driving yield, fee income, and trade volumes.
Ancillary Business: Drive deposit mobilization (Current Accounts) and cross-sell trade and cash management products.
Asset Quality & Risk: Conduct thorough credit assessments, maintain high asset quality standards, and minimize Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).
Client Engagement: Cultivate long-term, value-driven corporate and commercial partnerships across key industrial hubs.

Total Experience: 8 to 10+ years of overall retail banking experience.

Core Competencies: Strong commercial acumen, deep exposure to deposit growth, relationship banking, and sound operational control.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Profitability:
Drive branch performance to achieve aggressive targets in Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), Cross-Sell products, and net branch profitability.
Formulate local market strategies to acquire high-net-worth commercial, retail, and business clients across Multan.
Operational Control & Governance:
Strengthen the branch’s internal control framework in accordance with internal bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Mitigate operational risks and ensure seamless branch governance.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Guide, train, and inspire your branch staff to build a performance-driven customer service culture.
What We’re Looking For
Total Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of total banking experience.
Role-Specific Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Branch Manager (BM) or Relationship Manager (RM) in retail banking.
