– Respond to customer emails and WhatsApp chats in a timely and professional manner.
– Provide first-call resolution where required.
– Make outbound calls for assigned tasks including withdrawals, follow-up calls, dropped call backs, etc.
– Generate tickets for relevant assignees for timely resolution.
– Follow up on pending tickets until closure.
– Maintain individual KPIs including quality, AHT, quiz score, CSAT, and other assigned performance indicators.
– Ensure professional handling of customers and callers as the frontline representative of the City Connect platform.
