Position: Zonal Operations Manager – Sahiwal

Experience:

Job Responsibilities:

Track primary and secondary sales, and ensure accurate reporting of target achievement
Prepare calculations for annual volume, active accounts and channel wise targets
Manage stock allocation, ordering, tracking and invoicing through SnD module
Prepare working for field force and distributor incentives and ensure timely processing
Coordinate with CS&L team for stocks and dispatches to distributors
Serve as a liaison between the zonal team and head office management for operational matters
Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires including enrollment in TMS, medical insurance enrollment, and arrangement of assets

Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field

Position:Assistant Manager Accounts

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Manufacturing industry, with hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably S/4HANA, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and sound knowledge of withholding tax, sales tax, and applicable tax regulations

Job Responsibilities:

Support Accounts Payable Manager in end-to-end AP operations, and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, supplier advances, payment proposal and vendor payment
Oversee vendor account reconciliation and drive timely resolution of outstanding issues
Monitor AP, GR / IR and advance to supplier aging, and ensure adherence to agreed payment terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships
Drive AP transformation initiatives, process automation and digitization to improve efficiency and control

Education: BBA / MBA / ACCA / ACMA / CAF or equivalent professional accounting qualification
