Position: Senior Executive – PMO
We are seeking a proactive Senior Executive to support our new PMO in tracking and executing cross-functional, Head Office-driven projects. You will maintain project tools, implement governance standards, and develop key planning models like WBS and Gantt charts. The role requires daily coordination with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to manage documentation, change logs, and budgets. Additionally, you will consolidate weekly business unit updates and monitor milestones with external OEM/Tier-1 partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA is Plus.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification or progression towards it is a strong plus
Requirement:
- 3–5 years of PMO or project coordination experience.
- Automotive/OEM background with APQP and manufacturing exposure is a distinct plus.
- Proficient in MS Project/Primavera P6, WBS, and critical path tracking.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
- Experience with project documentation, change control, and budget tracking.
