Position: Data Entry Officer
Location: Lahore.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
Experience Level: - 2 years of relevant experience
Salary: Market Competitive + Perks + VPS
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in ERP/SAP and other company systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency and correct discrepancies when required.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records, files, and documents.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries using MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect, verify, and update required information.
- Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
Required Skills
- Good command of MS Excel, MS Office, and data entry software.
- Experience working with ERP/SAP systems will be preferred.
- Strong typing speed and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
