Location: Nooriabad Plant, ACT Polyols Private Limited.
ACT Polyols Private Limited is looking for a skilled Executive – Mechanical Maintenance to join our Engineering Department in Nooriabad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement in mechanical systems and operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in industrial or plant maintenance
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for mechanical design and layout work
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with industrial utilities and rotating equipment preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and troubleshooting of:
- Pumps, Agitators, Gearboxes, and Compressors (oil-free, multi-stage, reciprocating)
- Boilers (Coal Fired & Gas)
- RO Plant and Air Compressors
- Piping systems and mechanical fittings
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures during maintenance operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
