𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Enter and update all warehouse transactions in the ERP/WMS system.
o Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), stock transfers, dispatches, and returns.
o Verify inventory transactions and resolve data discrepancies.
o Generate daily stock, receiving, dispatch, and inventory reports.
o Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments.
o Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and retail teams for data verification.
o Ensure inventory records match physical stock.
o Perform regular data validation and assist in stock reconciliation.
o Support cycle counts and annual stock audits.
o Maintain complete documentation of warehouse transactions.
o Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company SOPs.
o Identify system or data issues and report them to management.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
o 1–3 years of experience in warehouse data processing, inventory control, or ERP operations.
o Good knowledge of ERP Microsoft AX /WMS and Microsoft Excel.
