WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT MANAGER MARKETING
Pure Foods Company (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Marketing to support marketing strategy execution, brand development, digital marketing and market activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social and traditional media.
- Support brand development and branding activities from scratch.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.
- Manage social media, digital campaigns, community management and online advertising.
- Coordinate marketing activations, events, trade activities and institutional campaigns.
- Manage Brand Ambassador programs and marketing vendors/agencies.
- Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
- Manage and supervise E-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications / Experience & Skills:
- BBA/MBA in Marketing.
- 4-5 years relevant industry experience.
Age: 25+
- Working Condition: Office-based with travel as required.
- Strong marketing & brand management knowledge.
- Market research & data analysis skills.
- Digital & social media marketing expertise.
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Leadership and teamwork.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of FMCG/food products.
