JOB ROLE
- Supervise branch operations, sales, recoveries, and data management.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain service quality.
- Review operational reports and ensure timely closures.
- Lead sales growth and corporate collections.
- Achieve operational KPIs and sales targets.
- Safeguard company assets and customer shipments.
- Coordinate with Legal, HR, and authorities when required.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Leadership, Team Management, Analytical Skills, Reporting, MS Office, Communication, attention to detail, pressure handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
