HiTech Machinery is looking for an 𝐇𝐑 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to manage HR operations and recruitment for 𝐇𝐢𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲 and 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐏𝐯𝐭. 𝐋𝐭𝐝. in Lahore.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Manage complete recruitment cycle
- Coordinate workforce requirements with departments
- Oversee employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure labor law and HR compliance
- Manage employee relations and performance matters
- Prepare HR reports and workforce data
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Industrial machinery/FMCG experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
