WE’RE HIRING CHIEF SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER (CSCO)
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant field | 20+ years’ supply chain experience, including 8+ years in executive leadership.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and production operations in line with business goals.
- Drive capacity planning, operational strategy, ERP/digital transformation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Execute seasonal collection launches to ensure 100% on-time, simultaneous product availability across all retail and distribution channels nationwide in Pakistan.
- Oversee multi-site apparel and sweater production, including knitting, linking, washing, finishing, and quality.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and TQM to improve productivity, capacity utilization, and reduce rejects.
- Fulfill top-management sales targets by aligning production capacity, material pipelines, and operational execution to hit 100% of revenue goals.
- Enforce strict quality assurance, environmental standards, and labor compliance across all multi-site production and store operations.
